Signal Code of Conduct
Please keep conversations in common workspaces areas to a reasonable volume.
Please try to limit phone calls in common workspaces. Use phone booths or meeting rooms to make or take calls.
No smoking or using a vaporizer inside the building, or on the second floor patio.
Please clean up after yourself and leave spaces as you found them. Garbage bins are located throughout the building, and there are 2 dishwashers on the upper level, and one in the lower level kitchen.
We are a pet free facility.
All members MUST register guests for bookings and studio sessions or at any other time guests enter the Signal space. Guests can be registered through the online platform or at reception. Guests can be signed in at reception as well.
Any packages ordered to any SIGNAL location are the responsibility of the owner.
Please keep all information you may overhear from other members to the strictest confidence.
Please keep phone alerts and notifications to a reasonable volume in common workspace areas.
Please store any personal food in either of the clearly marked fridges. Both fridges will be emptied every Friday at 6pm.
Please only use the member wifi for typical office use. No torrents or illegal content.
When your time has expired in any bookable room, please promptly vacate as the room needs to be cleaned for the next member.
We try our best to be a scent free facility - this includes food smells, perfumes, body odour, etc. Please try and respect your fellow members who may be sensitive to strong smells.
Please clear items from your desk/booth in the common workplace area if you are going to be vacating for longer than 15 minutes.
